SAN DIEGO (March 18, 2026) – Seven partners at Crosbie Gliner Schiffman Southard & Swanson LLP (CGS3) have earned recognition in the 2026 edition of San Diego Super Lawyers, ranking among the top five percent of attorneys in California.  The annual honor, affiliated with Thomson Reuters, recognizes lawyers who have achieved a high degree of peer recognition and professional accomplishment.

The CGS3 partners listed in this year’s annual directory are Tom Crosbie (Real Estate), Dana Schiffman (Real Estate). Sean Gaffney (General Litigation), Phil Jelsma (Tax), Brian Kintz (Real Estate), Greg Markow (Business Litigation), and Sean Southard (Real Estate).  Each of the recognized lawyers are highly accomplished commercial real estate and tax attorneys practicing in multiple disciplines – from commercial leasing to litigation to distressed real estate/workouts.

Each year, Super Lawyers selects attorneys through a patented, multi-phase process that includes a statewide survey of lawyers, independent research evaluation and peer review by practice area.  Fewer than five percent of lawyers in each state are ultimately selected.  The resulting lists are published nationwide in Super Lawyers magazines and featured in leading city and regional publications.

This latest recognition underscores CGS3’s continued leadership in sophisticated real estate and business law throughout California.
