SAN DIEGO (November 10, 2021) – Crosbie Gliner Schiffman Southard & Swanson LLP (CGS3) partner Eoin Gubbins has been nominated for the Los Angeles Business Journal’s 11th Annual Leaders in Law Awards.
Each year, the Los Angeles Business Journal honors the exceptional legal skills and accomplishments of leading attorneys and firms within the Los Angeles business community.
With an extensive background in representing publicly traded REITs, large developers and smaller property owners on projects throughout the Western United States, Gubbins joined CGS3 as a partner in 2018. Representing all asset classes, he has since played a key role in some of Southern California’s most important commercial real estate transactions, negotiating complex purchase and sale agreements and commercial leases and counseling clients on day-to-day real estate management.
He holds an LL.M. from University of Dublin, Trinity College School of Law, and graduated summa cum laude from the University of Limerick’s School of Law.
