Firm Moves to Larger LA Offices in Westwood


LOS ANGELES (Jan 3, 2018) – To accommodate its growing Southern California practice, Crosbie Gliner Schiffman Southard & Swanson LLP (CGS3) – a premier commercial real estate law firm – has expanded and relocated its existing Los Angeles offices to the 22nd floor of The Tower located at 10940 Wilshire Blvd in Westwood.

Partner David Swartz, who heads up CGS3’s Los Angeles office, said the new location makes solid business sense in light of a rapidly growing number of clients headquartered or actively operating in Los Angeles and Orange County.
