Stacey Tyree Named One of SDBJ’s Influential Women in Law

SAN DIEGO (June 28, 2021) – Stacey Tyree, a seasoned commercial real estate attorney with Crosbie Gliner Schiffman Southard & Swanson (CGS3), has been recognized as one of the San Diego Business Journal’s “Women of Influence in Law ” for 2021.

Each year, the San Diego Business Journal recognizes San Diego’s female legal leaders – publicly acknowledging their contributions, accomplishment and commitment in a special section.

A critical member of the CGS3 legal team since 2014, Stacey adroitly and routinely handles complex and high-profile transactions involving the acquisition, disposition, development and leasing of commercial property for international and domestic clients, ranging from large institutions and developers to entrepreneurs.  Representative matters include the disposition, acquisition, financing and leasing of numerous office, life science, hotel, multifamily, industrial and mixed-use properties throughout California and the United States.  Stacey also has extensive experience in drafting and negotiating other commercial real estate contracts, including easement agreements, CC&Rs, reciprocal easement agreements, development agreements, joint venture agreements and corporate governance documentation. 

Prior to joining CGS3, she practiced at Troutman Pepper LLP (previously known as Troutman Sanders).  In addition to practicing law, Stacey was previously as the faculty supervisor and an adjunct professor for the University of San Diego School of Law’s Corporate Counsel Internship Program.  She holds a J.D. from USD School of Law, magna cum laude, and earned her B.A. from UC Santa Barbara.
