CGS3 Partner Joe von Meier to Serve on Panel at Annual Housing Summit Discussing Navigating Multifamily Development Throughout San Diego – Entitlement Hurdles, Construction Costs, Financing New Builds & Getting A Project Off the Ground

SAN DIEGO (Wednesday, July 30, 2025) – Despite a critical need for additional housing in San Diego, multifamily development remains challenged with myriad obstacles including mounting construction costs, entitlement hurdles, tackling regulatory roadblocks, NIMBY resistance and financing issues.

These issues and many more will be vetted by top industry leaders at Bisnow’s San Diego Multifamily and Affordable Housing Summit, to be held from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. Aug. 6, 2025 at the Westin San Diego Gaslamp Quarter.
