CGS3’s Chanel Di Blasi Recognized as one of San Diego’s Next Top Business Leaders Under 40

SAN DIEGO – Crosbie Gliner Schiffman Southard & Swanson (CGS3) attorney Chanel Di Blasi was recently recognized as one of the San Diego Business Journal’s “Next Top Business Leaders Under 40” for 2023.
Each year, the San Diego Business Journal honors San Diego’s rising business leaders – lauding both finalists and winners in a series of special supplements.
According to CGS3 founding partner Sean Southard, Di Blasi is an up-and-coming young attorney and a well deserving recipient of this latest accolade. “Chanel is an experienced transactional lawyer with a stellar track record – we are thrilled to have her on our team.”
Di Blasi has expertise in a range of landlord-tenant and business real estate disciplines and has effectively represented landlords in navigating the dense maze of California regulations – with an emphasis on residential and commercial landlord-tenant disputes, leasing, contracts, affordable housing, and compliance. Since joining CGS3, she has honed her skills in negotiating purchase and sale agreements and commercial leases of all types.
Prior to joining CGS3, Di Blasi worked in the landlord-tenant department and real estate group to assist property owners and managers with their business needs at Kimball, Tirey & St. John in San Diego.
Dedicated to educating others on the commercial real estate practice and California laws, Di Blasi speaks frequently at industry conventions, hosts webinars and writes articles for industry publications. Active in the community, Di Blasi has regularly donated time and resources to local woman’s and homeless shelters – including Rachel’s Women’s Center and the Los Angeles Mission – and recently joined Big Brothers Big Sisters to serve as a mentor. She is involved with the SDSU Alumni association, a member of the San Diego County Bar Association and the Lawyers Club of San Diego. She holds a B.S. degree in television, film and news media production from San Diego State University and a J.D. from Thomas Jefferson School of Law.
