Brian Kintz Nominated as San Diego Daily Transcript “Young Influential” for 2014

February 25, 2014 CGS3 CGS3 Team

February 25, 2014 – The San Diego Daily Transcript announced this week that Brian Kintz has been nominated as one of the city’s “Young Influentials.”

The award highlights young entrepreneurs and successful business leaders who represent the next generation of Top Influentials, San Diego County’s young movers and shakers, according to the publication.

Kintz, a partner at Crosbie Gliner Schiffman Southard & Swanson LLP, was nominated by Jim Harper of TA Realty, who told the Daily Transcript, “Here at TA we view Brian more as a partner than a vendor. We have a high volume of transactions across all product types and he handles the mundane to the intricate with the same level of service, expertise and professionalism. He’s vital to our success and he delivers on a daily basis.”

The nomination recognizes Kintz in part for his role in trying to create greater value for the firm’s commercial real estate clients. He has recognized that certain aspects of a legal practice – like any other business – can be systematized, and he is leading a firm initiative to implement standardized operating procedures in connection with some of the more routine practice areas of the firm. By not having to “reinvent the wheel” on every new transaction, CGS3 lawyers can stay focused on what they do best – handling complex legal challenges and finding pragmatic solutions for clients.

Finalists of the award will be featured in an upcoming publication of the Daily Transcript.
