Eurie Hwang

Law Clerk

A rising third year student at the University of San Diego School of Law, Eurie Hwang is the first law clerk to join CGS3. Eurie plays a critical role on both the litigation and transactional teams, where her acute attention to detail – refined by years as a journalist – has made her the go-to person when preparing legal research memos and real estate documentation.

Eurie assists with business formation, corporate management, documenting complex transactions, title review, litigation research, lease management, and master management documents. She brings a sophisticated no-nonsense approach to every deal she is entrusted with and ensures CGS3 attorneys and clients are on track to achieving a successful outcome.

In addition to her work with CGS3, she is a program assistant for the U.S. Law and Policy Program for International Professionals at the University of San Diego.

Prior to law school, she was a producer and reporter at local and national news media agencies including ABC News.

Eurie is a native of South Korea and is fluent in Korean.
