CGS3 Adds Eurie Hwang As Associate
Commercial Real Estate Firm Announces Newest Attorney
SAN DIEGO (April 14, 2026) – Continuing its strategic growth, Crosbie Gliner Schiffman Southard & Swanson LLP (CGS3), a Southern California-based commercial real estate law firm, has added Eurie Hwang as its newest associate attorney.
“We are thrilled to add Eurie to our expanding team of talented attorneys,” said Sean Southard, a CGS3 founding partner. “Eurie’s growth within the firm has been exceptional. Her unique background, strong work ethic, and comprehensive understanding of our practice make her an invaluable asset to our team and our clients.”
Hwang was most recently an attorney with The Opus Law Firm. Her new position marks a significant milestone in her tenure at CGS3 – she began at the firm as a legal assistant and was promoted to law clerk while in law school. “Through these roles, she developed a deep familiarity with both the litigation and transactional sides of commercial real estate law, positioning her to make immediate and meaningful contributions as an associate attorney,” Southard said.
Her practice includes title review, corporate governance and lease management, as well as strategic advocacy and risk management in commercial leasing matters.
Prior to embarking on a legal career, Hwang worked as a producer and reporter with local and national media outlets, including ABC News. She also served as a program assistant for the U.S. Law and Policy Program for International Professionals at the University of San Diego.
Hwang earned a J.D. from the University of San Diego School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism and Arabic Studies from the University of Oregon. She is admitted to practice law in California.
A native of South Korea, Hwang is fluent in Korean and is actively involved in the community, including with the Korean American Bar Association of San Diego.
