Buggy joined CGS3 late last year and was previously with San Diego-based Procopio, Cory, Hargreaves & Savitch, LLP. At CGS3, she represents business owners and individuals in all areas of real estate disputes, including breach of contract, fraud, insurance coverage, partnership disputes and breach of fiduciary duty. She excels at creating effective approaches to avoiding and resolving complex business disputes, and has served both creditors and debtors in the bankruptcy process.

A graduate of University of Southern California with a Bachelor of Science in business administration, she holds a J.D. from University of San Diego School of Law.
