CGS3 Partner Alison Pappas Named to Los Angeles Business Journal’s 2026 “Top 100 Lawyers” List
LOS ANGELES (April 16, 2026) – Crosbie Gliner Schiffman Southard & Swanson LLP (CGS3) is proud to announce that partner Alison Pappas has been named to the Los Angeles Business Journal’s “Top 100 Lawyers” list for 2026, which recognizes the region’s most accomplished and influential legal professionals based on achievements, community involvement and impacts to the profession.
Alison, a core member of CGS3’s Complex Transactions Practice Group, is widely regarded for her sophisticated work on high-value commercial real estate transactions, including leasing, acquisitions, dispositions, and financings. With more than two decades of experience, she represents a diverse client base across office, life sciences, retail, and mixed-use developments.

Prior to joining CGS3, Alison was Managing Director and General Counsel at EMMES Group of Companies, a national real estate investment and operating company, where she oversaw legal and compliance functions and played a key role in leasing and portfolio strategy. She was also General Counsel of EVOQ Properties and began her career in private practice at Paul Hastings, a leading international law firm.
She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from the University of California, Los Angeles and earned her J.D. from the Loyola School of Law in Los Angeles.
