CGS3 Expands Litigation Team with Addition of Experienced Paralegal

SAN DIEGO (December 15, 2025) – Further expanding its legal team, Crosbie Gliner Schiffman Southard & Swanson LLP (CGS3), a rapidly growing commercial real estate law firm, announced today that Hannah Sucov has joined the firm as a litigation paralegal.
CGS3 founding partner Sean Southard describes Sucov as a “skilled litigation paralegal” with deep experience supporting attorneys in complex commercial real estate disputes, insurance litigation, environmental matters, and public entity defense.

Sucov joins CGS3 from San Diego–based Burton Kelly and previously worked with Greben Monroe in Santa Barbara. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in political science and government from the University of California, Santa Barbara, where she also completed her Paralegal Certificate.
