“Both Cheryl and Stephanie have time and again have proven their excellent skills and talent when it comes to handling the most complicated, high-profile and unique commercial real estate transactions,” says CGS3 founding partner Sean Southard.  “They work exceptionally hard and tirelessly for their clients no matter what the challenge.  We are proud to name them as senior counsel.”

Brechlin, who joined the firm in 2017, focuses her practice on retail, office and industrial leasing, purchase and sale transactions, debt and equity financing, construction and development representing developers, property owners, homebuilders, businesses, institutional investors and tenants in complex transactional real estate and corporate matters.  She was recognized among the “Ones to Watch” for Real Estate Law in The Best Lawyers in America earlier this year and named a top “40 Under 40” by the SD Metro and the San Diego Business Journal.  She holds a J.D. from the Benjamin N.
