CGS3 Attorney Named one of San Diego’s Top 40 Under 40 Professionals
SAN DIEGO (September 30, 2021) – Crosbie Gliner Schiffman Southard & Swanson (CGS3) attorney Cheryl Nieman Brechlin has been named among San Diego’s “Top 40 Under 40” for 2021 by SD Metro, a longtime San Diego business magazine.
This marks the 22nd year SD Metro has honored San Diego’s top young professionals. A feature highlighting all the honorees was published in the October issue of the magazine.
An associate attorney specializing in both transactional and litigation work, Brechlin recently joined CGS3’s San Diego real estate practice after spending four years handling a series of high-profile transactions from the firm’s Los Angeles office. Unlike most transactional attorneys, she honed her legal skills as a “Big Law” litigator, gaining crucial hands-on experience that has given her the client-centric approach necessary to succeed in the fast-paced world of commercial real estate. She represents developers, property owners, businesses, investors and tenants in complex transactional real estate and corporate matters – as well as handling day-to-day operations in high-stakes litigation for landlords and financial institutions.
Active in the community, she earned her J.D. from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law and a B.B.A., Business Administration from The George Washington University, magna cum laude.
