Nicole Stoneman

Paralegal

With over eight years of experience in complex litigation case management, Nicole Stoneman is a California certified paralegal and a key member of CGS3’s litigation team.

Specializing in trial preparation and complex legal matters ranging from construction defect to mass tort litigation, she has served as primary support for attorneys appointed lead and co-lead counsel in multi-district litigation and judicially coordinated complex proceedings in jurisdictions across the United States. Her litigation work has entailed representing hundreds of victims of sexual violence and abuse as well as persons injured by defective medical devices and pharmaceutical products.

Prior to joining CGS3, she honed her legal skills at several San Diego law firms, among them Estey & Bomberger LLP, Gomez Trial Attorneys and Shinnick & Ryan LLP.   She started her legal career as an intern for the Office of the City Attorney, San Diego.
